Head of Revenue - A Force Multiplier

The Head of Revenue we need at our nimble and ferocious, entrepreneurial-minded sales organization is a high velocity change agent, a visionary mind, and above all — a person of strong moral fiber and orchestrated action. Thanks to your Broadline Foodservice, Medical or GPO sales experience, your ability to blend nose-to-nose sales, marketing, advertising, and customer service through determined leadership has always been unmatched.

You own the room. Selfish enough to say no, but smart enough to recognize a winning opportunity, your style gets people excited and moving toward victory together.

This is no ordinary role. Operationally, we’re aces, but we’ve gotten too comfortable in the business development arena. It’s time to shake things up. We need fresh ideas. The seasoned business maverick who takes the reins will need to be energized by multiple high-level, high-pressure responsibilities.

Roughly 30% of your time should be dedicated to owning your sales management duties by working with the sales team to drive buying decisions with potential clients in our sweet spot. 10% of your time will be reserved for showing the team how a real closer closes, by hunting down your own private list of potential monster revenue generators.

Switching gears, you dive in as the Marketing Director with the advertising crew to boost lead generation, automation, and member engagement. By this time 70% of your day is done. You’ll land the plane as the Operations director by helping our service team solve their toughest challenges and build on their best-in-class support, while working on several internal assignments that evolve Una forward on the team building, workflow, tracking, reporting, and technology fronts.

Throw in a few offsite meetings, conferences, and team events… you will have earned your keep.
