The best fit for this role has a Marketing background with a track record of success managing large projects; they would prefer to knock out tasks, but have the ability to interact with small casts of key stakeholders. Responsibilities
  • Execute on strategies created through collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Hold Associations and key relationships accountable to agreed upon action items
  • Create and execute on a regular communication schedule with clients to discuss program needs, expectations and success.
  • Creating and delivering various assets to clients to assist in maintaining an affinity program, including but not limited to email content and schedules, social media copy and imagery, website copy and additional channel support as well as recommendations.
  • Propose, build, publish and manage digital content for clients on various different types of platforms and systems.
  • Maintain UNA-owned supplier assets including but not limited to graphics, collateral, landing pages, and emails.
  • Improve upon existing client pages and templates.
  • Maintain and then improve client satisfaction/retention
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing & project management experience
  • Experience in process creation and implementation
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • High aptitude and quick learner
  • Strong work ethic
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
