Q. If you could have a superpower, what would it be? A. “Weather manipulation. It would be really cool to be able to dictate perfect weather on-demand.”
Q. What’s your weirdest / most-unique hobby? “I tend to have a lot of hobbies. My wife says I have too many. But my latest is making my own beef jerky. Now I’m just figuring out flavors and seasonings.”
Q. What’s your favorite meal? A. “I’m a big fan of KFC. That’s always been my go-to. But really any kind of fried chicken and potatoes, I’m easy to please. The best thing I’ve ever eaten was in Colorado. It was this siracha breaded chicken sandwich. It was so good, the perfect amount of spice.”
