Don moves the needle at UNA by driving technical innovation and progress. As a Full-Stack Web Developer, Don is passionate about solving complex and dynamic problems. He manages all things technical, including website build, quality control, and keeping the team from breaking their computers when things go wrong.

Don is a skilled analyst, proficient in front-end, and back-end web development technologies. His clear record of excellence demonstrates his commitment to achieving any goal.

Calm in a crisis, with a keen eye for creative solutions, Don is always looking for ways to make things more intuitive and efficient.

His unique background in sales and criminal justice have taught him how to be highly critical and strategic. He approaches all projects through the lens of thorough costs benefit analysis. Don’s attention to detail, thirst for knowledge, and tireless dedication make him an invaluable addition to the UNA team. (The fact that he wants to build a ping pong game tracker for our tournaments, is just a cherry on top.)

Don joined UNA because:

“I was intrigued by the opportunity to make a real impact and help the company grow. I was also really impressed with the people. I feel like everyone here is an expert at what they do. It’s an all-star team. I also appreciate the openness and commitment to work-life balance. And the emphasis on corporate responsibility and community involvement.”
